The hotel surpassed my expectations, each room is very spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff is very friendly which is very important to me when I stay at a hotel. “This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.”
